With a career spanning more than four decades, I have been dedicated to helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Inland Northwest since 1978. Over the years, my commitment to excellence and client success has been recognized on both national and global levels.
I am honored to have been ranked the #1 CENTURY 21 Agent in the World in both 2003 and 2005, and I have consistently ranked among the Top 10 agents in the nation. Most recently, I achieved the #2 ranking in the Nation in 2025, with continued success anticipated in 2026.
In 1997, we founded CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates, which has grown into a market-leading brokerage known for delivering exceptional results. Our office has earned numerous prestigious honors, including being named the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World in 2007 and 2009, and the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the United States in 2010.
My specialties include luxury homes and waterfront properties throughout the Coeur d’Alene Lake region, Hayden Lake, the Spokane River, and surrounding communities in both Idaho and Washington. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, reflecting my commitment to advanced education and professional excellence.
My journey in real estate began at Washington State University, where I attended on a golf scholarship and earned a degree in Marketing in 1976. Beyond my professional work, I have remained deeply involved in the community, serving as Past President of the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® and Past President of the Coeur d’Alene Rotary.
